Tali Gan
Founder and CEO

As CEO of GANT Quality & Learning Solutions Tali acts as a consultant/contractor to biotech and pharmaceutical companies as well as hospitals and other manufacturing sites to provide quality system and learning solutions and troubleshooting. GANT Quality & Learning Solutions creates and implements systems processes and procedures and perform customized training and coaching to improve employee’s performances and engagements, company quality and business results.

GANT Quality & Learning Solutions can help companies improve their training and learning programs, using risk assessment tool and blended learning approach.

Tali is certified TWI Coach and delivers TWI JI Certification workshops, enabling organizations  implementing TWI OJT 40 years proven methodology to reduce “time to certify”, increase productivity & reduce scrap.  

Tali was a member of the JJQSS (Johnson & Johnson Quality Shared Services organization) working under the Global Learning unit in charge of J&J Bio surgery sites. She was responsible for assessing training needs and trends, delivering learning solutions, driving standard work and standard training, developing capability and leading training effectiveness to improve and sustain Quality and Talent Performance for the Bio-Surgery sites. She was involved in the establishment of the global central learning team leading training standardization across J&J sites.

Most significant contributions have been around the design and implementation of a local LMS solution using TrackwiseTM that enables a system for routine curriculum management including over 600 employees professional curricula and certification management.

Prior to that Tali was the manager of the QA and operations in Immunovative Therapies where she was responsible for managing routine operations of various disciplines in a biotech start- up company including QA, Finance, Procurement HR and IT. She led the design and implementation of 21 CFR 11 compliant operational systems such as GMP Quality System, Electronic Document Management System, and Electronic Batch record system used in cell therapy production.

In her role as QA Manager, Tali demonstrated professional traits such as problem solving skills, leadership, creativity, audit hosting, and risk assessment.

Before joining the pharmaceutical industry she was working in different sales and marketing roles for various Israeli companies offering equipment, reagents, consumables and others to the local biotech industry and academic institute.

Tali holds a degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Technion – The Israel Institute of Technology, she have completed many professional courses in the area of GMP, Quality systems, Training & Learning, lean and project management.

GANT Q&L has a number of contractors and consultants and strategic partner we work with, and can bring to bear in cases where customer need are in a field that requires more specific and focused talent for more specific challenges.
